Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were big, clean, and quiet, but being on the front by the road meant no air conditioning, so it got quite hot and noisy at night. The breakfast, however, was top-notch and served well. The service was a bit of a mixed bag with Italian hospitality shining through but marred by some arrogance and impoliteness during check-in and check-out.
The hotel rooms were great, especially for a family, but seemed a bit too small and probably needed a little maintenance, as I noticed exposed wiring around a bathroom lamp the next day. The service was very good and friendly, perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children, with helpful staff who even assisted me with an alarm call and taxi when I had to leave in the middle of the night. The location was very good, close to the underground station and many trams, ideal for exploring Milan or visiting the San Siro Stadium. The dining options were standard with a variety every morning, but I was disappointed not to get warm scrambled eggs. The facilities were convenient and met our needs, but it would have been nice if the rooms were a bit more spacious.
I stayed at this hotel during extremely hot days. The rooms are from the 90s and decorated with old furniture. While there weren't many options to eat, the location was very close to the city center by metro. The service was friendly and supportive, especially the Tamil staff member who gave me good guidance with maps. The dining experience was decent for the price, offering a variety of breakfast options every morning. Despite some shortcomings, the overall stay was satisfactory.
I stayed at the hotel and found the rooms to be comfortable but dusty, with a few repairs needed. Despite the heat, the room felt inviting and cozy. The service was disappointing, lacking knowledge and being rude, even asking for extra payment at checkout. On the bright side, the location was great, close to the Metro in a quiet area. The dining experience was enjoyable with a variety of delicious options. Overall, the facilities were decent with some shortcomings in service.
The hotel rooms were a bit old-fashioned but with a good selection of breakfast. The location was perfect with easy access to the city center through the Metro, although the rooms were hot and made it difficult to sleep like in a hot summer night.
I loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, had a big window, excellent AC, and a very comfortable bed. However, the price did not include the city tax. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff who provided good guidance with a map and accommodated all our requests, especially a Tamil-speaking person who was very helpful. The location was perfect, in a very quiet area with excellent metro connections in all directions. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, with premium meats and great staff quality. The facilities were top-notch.
